Usage:

 It is widely used in the heat preservation, thermal insulation and noise reduction for high temperature mediums such as boilers, reaction vessels, shells of tank, piping etc. in power plant, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.

First, weld pins to the surface of the equipment in advance and then tie the refractory glass wool over the surface of the equipment. If temperature of the equipment is above 250°C, it is recommendable to adopt double-layer heat preservation method. Make sure that the seams of the outer and inner layers of glass wool are staggered to avoid heat loss due to the heat bridge formed. If temperature of the equipment exceeds 400°C, it is recommendable to use aluminum silicate for the inner layer and refractory glass wool for the outer layer, also staggering their seams. Finally, wrap the outer cover layer which serves both as protection to the glass wool and decoration.
